Do I need to be a UAE resident?
Yes, you currently need to be a resident in the UAE to get a Sav card.
May I register without Emirates ID or photo verification?
Emirates ID is mandatory for registration on our app.
My Emirates ID is not accepted.
Please check if you are uploading an active Emirates ID. We also require you to submit the front and back of the physical Emirates ID while submitting.
My photo verification/video verification failed, what should I do now?
If your video face recording has failed, this could be because we might need more clarity of the face to be captured. Please reattempt the same or reach out to support@sav.money
Why do you need my employer details?
This is required to validate your source of income.
Why am I not able to sign up with my eKYC?
As of now, we require users to digitally submit their documents (Emirates ID) to get access to all the features of the Sav app.
Why is Sav team asking me to resubmit the KYC documents?
Your submitted Emirates ID must have expired. Please reupload your renewed ID.
What happens if my Emirates ID expires?
If your submitted Emirates ID has expired, you may get a call from our customer support team to upload your renewed Emirates ID. If the renewed ID is not submitted in another 30 days, your Sav card gets suspended.
As a precaution, 30 days before your Emirates ID expiry date, your home screen on the app will show you a reminder to update your ID.
Why is my KYC rejected?
If your KYC has been rejected, it could be due to entering inaccurate information or a possible compliance issue. To resolve this, please reach out to support at support@sav.money for assistance.
I am unable to use the Sav app- could it be because my KYC has expired?
Yes, if your KYC has expired, you may not be able to use the Sav app. Access to the app requires an updated Emirates ID. You may upload the updated Emirates ID from the profile section. You may reach out to our support channel if you face any issues with it.
