    Sav MyMoney tracks your transactions and categorizes them to help you see where your money is going so you can optimize your spending.

  3. Is Sav MyMoney available for free?

    Yes, Sav MyMoney is completely free to use. There are no hidden costs or subscription fees.

  4. How do I set up Sav MyMoney?

    To set up Sav MyMoney, simply link your bank accounts and start tracking your transactions. Our system will automatically categorize and analyze your spending.

  5. Can I link multiple bank accounts to Sav MyMoney?

    Absolutely! You can link as many bank accounts as you need. Sav MyMoney consolidates all your accounts into one easy-to-view dashboard.

  6. How do I categorize my expenses?

    Sav MyMoney automatically categorizes your expenses into predefined categories. You don't need to add anything manually.

  7. How do I recategorize a transaction?

    At the moment, recategorizing transactions isn't possible. But don't worry—we're working on adding this feature and it will be available soon!

  8. Can I log-in a transaction manually?

    Currently, you cannot enter transactions manually. However, it's on our radar! We'll be rolling out this feature soon.

  9. Why do you require my Emirates ID for verification?

    We ask for your Emirates ID to ensure the safety and security of your data. It helps us verify that the bank account you've connected is indeed yours. This also ensures that your financial data is handled securely and by the rightful owner. Your privacy and security are our top priorities, and this step helps us provide you with a safe and reliable experience.

  10. Can I connect my international bank accounts?

    Right now, we support connections with banks based in the UAE. If your international bank isn't supported yet, we're actively working to expand our network. Keep an eye out for updates or reach out to our support team for specific queries.

  11. Can I connect my credit card?

    At the moment, we don't support connecting credit cards. We're currently focused on bank accounts but are exploring future updates. Stay tuned for any announcements regarding this feature!

  12. Can I connect my friend's or family member's account to view aggregated insights?

    For security and privacy reasons, we only allow connections to accounts registered in your name. This ensures that your data and insights are accurate and secure. Each of us needs to connect our own accounts to get personalized insights.

  13. Can I set and track financial goals with Sav MyMoney?

    You can set financial goals and track your progress toward achieving them with Sav's Goals feature.

  14. Can I view my spending history?

    Yes, you can access up to 180 days of transaction history. This allows you to review past spending and analyze trends over time.

  15. Is my financial data safe with Sav MyMoney?

    Yes, your data is securely encrypted and protected. We prioritize your privacy and use your data solely for the purposes you have consented to.

  16. Can I revoke my consent for using my data?

    Absolutely. You can revoke your consent at any time, and your data will be used only for the purposes you've agreed to.

  17. How can I revoke my consent for using my data?

    Navigate to your profile section. Go to 'My Connected Accounts'. Use the toggle button to revoke consent to access your transaction history for the selected bank account.

  18. What measures are in place to ensure data privacy?

    We implement strict privacy policies and data protection measures to ensure your information is handled responsibly. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular audits.

  19. Does Sav view and share my data with anyone?

    We take your privacy seriously. We don't view or share your data with anyone. Your information is used only to provide you with insights and help you manage your finances better. We follow strict privacy policies and security measures to keep your data safe.

  20. What should I do if I notice incorrect data?

    If you spot any discrepancies, review the transaction details and make sure all accounts are properly linked. If issues persist, contact our support team for assistance at support@sav.money.
