2. How is Sav Pro different from the free version?
As an existing subscriber paying AED 99 per month, your subscription will remain at AED 99 per month unless you move to Sav Standard. Once you move to Sav Standard, you are no longer eligible for the AED 99 subscription and the new pricing structure of AED 149 per month will apply.
4. I'm on annual Pro at AED 99. With the new AED 149/month rate, what happens to my plan?
As an existing annual Sav Pro subscriber who paid AED 99 for the year, your subscription will remain at the original price you paid until your next renewal date. The change to AED 149 per month applies only to new monthly subscriptions. When your annual subscription comes up for renewal, the new pricing structure will apply. If you wish to switch to the new monthly subscription at AED 149 per month before your renewal date, you can do so at any time by adjusting your subscription settings.
5. How can I upgrade to Sav Pro?
To upgrade to Sav Pro, simply visit the “Profile” section in your Sav app or account settings. From there, you can select the Sav Pro plan and complete the payment process for AED 149 per month. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll immediately gain access to all the exclusive benefits and rewards that come with Sav Pro.
6. Is Sav Pro available in my country?
Sav Pro is currently available for users in the UAE. We are working on expanding to other regions in the future.
7. Can I use Sav Pro on multiple devices?
No. Sav Pro has enhanced security and uses device binding. This means that you can use it only on your mobile phone.
8. Is my financial information secure with Sav Pro?
Absolutely. We prioritize the security and privacy of your financial information. Sav employs robust encryption and security measures to ensure the safety of your data.
9. Can I cancel my Sav Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Sav Pro subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
10. Are there any hidden fees with Sav Pro?
No, Sav Pro is transparent about its fees. The subscription cost is clearly outlined, and there are no hidden charges.
11. Are there limitations on the "Buy 1 get 1 free" offer at restaurants?
The “Buy 1 get 1 free” offer at 200+ restaurants is subject to the terms and conditions of each participating restaurant. The Buy 1 get 1 free offer is in partnership with VISA Xperience. Users will be required to download the VISA Xperience app and register with their Sav card to get the offers. As this is an offer in partnership with VISA, there may be changes to the participating outlets and the offer construct periodically.
12. Can I share my Sav Pro account with others?
Sav Pro accounts are for individual use. Sharing account information is not permitted for security and privacy reasons.
13. What happens if I forget my Sav Pro password?
You can reset your password through the Sav app. Follow the prompts for a secure password reset process.
14. Is there a trial period for Sav Pro?
No. There is no trial period for Sav Pro.
